Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the TorqueLot platform ("Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be authorized to act for the dealership you register.

Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through our payment provider (Paddle), which acts as merchant of record. Fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. You can change or cancel your plan at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by violating any law, infringing others' rights, uploading unlawful or infringing content, or attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you upload (inventory, media, customer data). You grant us the limited rights needed to host and display it as part of providing the Service.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TorqueLot is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
