TorqueLot ("we", "us") provides a software platform that lets dealerships run branded storefronts and manage their inventory, leads, and customers. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Account information — name, email, dealership details, and login credentials you provide when you sign up.
- Billing information — subscription and payment details. Payments are processed by our payment provider (Paddle) as merchant of record; we do not store full card numbers.
- Usage information — technical and usage data (such as IP address, browser, and activity) collected through cookies and similar technologies to operate and improve the platform.
- Content you create — inventory, pages, media, and customer records you enter into the platform.
How we use your information
- To provide, operate, secure, and improve the platform.
- To process subscriptions and communicate with you about your account.
- To provide support and respond to your requests.
Service providers
We share information with providers that help us run the platform — including our cloud/database host (Supabase), our payment provider (Paddle), and our email provider — and where required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
Data retention & your rights
We keep information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information.
